Family Connection Toolkit: Practical Strategies for Home is a growing library of short, practical video clips designed to help families support everyday learning, behavior, communication, and independence at home. Each video features therapists sharing clear, usable strategies that can be applied in real-life situations without additional materials or preparation. Content is organized by topic so families can quickly find strategies aligned to their current needs, such as routines, transitions, behavior support, and building independence. While designed for families, these strategies may also be useful for educators and related service providers who are looking to reinforce skills and support consistency between home and school environments. Some videos included in this library were originally developed as part of the Therapy Tip Tuesday series, a set of brief strategy-focused videos created by UCP therapists. Additional video examples and demonstrations will continue to be added over time, so participants are encouraged to check back regularly for new content.
