At UCP of Central Florida, Brianna Mati serves as a Staffing Resource Specialist and 504 Coordinator, supporting schools in the development of effective, compliant, and student-centered special education practices. Her work focuses on overseeing IEP and 504 implementation, coordinating student support initiatives, and coaching educators on evidence-based strategies that strengthen outcomes for students with disabilities.

Drawing on her background as both an ESE educator and speech-language therapist, Brianna brings a practical understanding of how instructional practices, compliance requirements, and student supports intersect in the classroom. She is particularly passionate about helping educators create learning environments that are inclusive, engaging, and responsive to individual student needs.
Brianna’s approach emphasizes collaboration, data-informed problem solving, and strong partnerships with families and school teams. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and remains committed to advancing equitable practices that support meaningful student growth and long-term success.
